Lies, Never Ending

You may have forgotten but I’m a witness to who you truly were.
You’ve been pretending to be innocent.
A two-faced person who covers their ill intents.
Laughing inside while making them believe all your lies.
Though, I don’t blame you.
Because you – yourself believed all the lies you’ve said.

You walk a thin line between reality and fairy tales woven by your wicked tongue.
You’ve been saving skin but in reality, it becomes self-damaging.
Once revealed you’ll be in a state of denial.
You’ll start playing it clean as if the evidence was fake and you’re god damn genuine.

Honestly, I don’t know how to help you out.
I see everything but change must begin once you’ve realize that it’s time to stop.
Though always remember that your words – even after the end of your sentences, will still carry the tale.
A tale about a snake who eats its own tail.
